Welcome to Learning Montessori with Littles. This is a space to learn and grow together as educators, parents, and caretakers. I will be sharing my experiences, strategies, successes and failures, and high quality resources that I gather along my journey through bilingual Montessori parenting.
About Me.
My name is Kiah Villaman. I am a certified elementary, ESL, bilingual, and Spanish educator with over 12 years of experience working with students in k-12, higher education, immigrant and refugee programs, and professional sports.

When my son was born, I discovered Montessori education was immediately fascinated. I saw first-hand how effective this approach was in helping my son develop independence and self-confidence. I quickly learned that Montessori education consists of much more than teaching materials and sustainable toys. It’s a philosophy that values children as unique individuals and emphasizes their natural development and immense potential. My journey into Montessori is just beginning, but the difference I have seen already in my own parenting inspired me to share what I am learning with other families. I am excited to learn together!
